TeeTimeHelper allows you to set up a golf event and schedule the time and day when invites are sent to your members.
While creating your event you have the following options:
- Send Invites Immediately (default)
- Schedule invites on a given day and time
- Combine invites with other events to minimize email notifications
- Postpone invites until you take action later
Once you set the invite day and time press `Create Event` and your invites will be sent. Note that the invite day/time is based on the time zone you are using when creating your event.
