Managing RSVPs for multiple tee times can be time-consuming and error-prone, especially when changes need to be applied across several tee times. With our Batch Edit RSVPs feature, admins now have a centralized tool to:

  • Swap Players: Quickly exchange one player for another across tee times.
  • Assign Players: Add new participants to upcoming events without manual, individual updates.
  • Remove Players: Effortlessly clear out RSVPs from tee times where players are no longer available.

How It Works

1. Select Your Tee Times

Begin by choosing the tee times you need to modify. Whether you're dealing with a single event or multiple events simultaneously, our intuitive interface lets you select the relevant tee times with ease.

2. Choose Your Action

Decide whether you’re swapping, assigning, or removing players. The interface offers clear options for each action, ensuring you apply the correct change to the appropriate slots.

3. Apply Changes in Bulk

Once your selections are made, simply confirm your action. Our system processes your request, updating all selected tee times in one go. This batch process minimizes the risk of errors and saves you valuable time.
