I'm a TeeTimeHelper admin without admin privileges

The loss of admin privileges can be explained when you are logged in as another member. If one of your members has responded or forwarded an email to you and you clicked on a button in that email you can inadvertently be logged in as your member.

Log Out and Validate your Email

To fix this issue you can logout of TeeTimeHelper and then you will have the option to Validate your Account. This will send an email to you so you can click the button which will log you in under the correct email.

Give your golf group a deadline to RSVP

 

How to Create a Deadline for your Golf Group

If you're running a golf event you may wish to give your members a deadline to RSVP. Fortunately, TeeTimeHelper gives you this option using the 'Lock Event' feature.

Scheduling your event to be locked is easy- just click the `Lock Event` icon under `Options`. This is only available to admins - your members do not have this feature available.

On the `Lock Event` page you'll need to schedule the `Lock Event Time` to be in the future. Make sure to have 'Notify Members' enabled.

Once you confirm this action an e-mail starting with the subject 'RSVP deadline for...' will be sent to your members.
