• Quick Access to Events: No more digging through emails! Simply tap the app on your home screen, and your upcoming events will automatically load.

• Improved Notifications: Receive real-time updates via push notifications instead of email, ensuring you never miss important information.

• Message History: Easily access previous notifications for quick reference at any time.

What Happens When You Receive a Notification?

• If the app is closed: Tapping the notification will instantly open the app and display your events.

• If the app is open: TeeTimeHelper will display the notification in the message area. Simply tap the message to load the event details.

• If you swipe away a notification: No worries! You can always revisit past messages using the app's navigation tab for quick and easy access.

Send Invites to Individuals or Groups Using Your Own Email, SMS, Facebook, or WhatsApp Accounts

 Making Event Invites Easier

We've updated the 'Add Members' invite page to include icons to prefill invitations for Email, SMS, Facebook, and Whatsapp. for a more flexible and  seamless experience.

Here's How It Works:

1. Email Invites: You and your users (who have permission) can still manually enter email addresses, but with the new functionality, clicking the 'Email' icon will automatically open their default email client with the invite prefilled in the body. You just need to enter the email or list and press send.

2. SMS Invites: Clicking the 'SMS' icon triggers their default messaging app with a prefilled text message. Perfect for quick shares with close contacts.

3. Facebook Sharing: The 'Facebook' icon opens a share dialog with a prefilled message about the event. Users can post directly to their timeline or send it via Messenger to friends.

4. WhatsApp Sharing: The 'WhatsApp' icon opens a chat with the invite content prefilled, ready to send to any contact or group.

Why This Change Matters:

This enhancement offers users multiple ways to share event invites, accommodating their preferred communication channels. It not only simplifies the process but also allows your event to be shared across , multiple platforms ultimately leading to better attendance and engagement.
