We are rolling out a feature which allows golf admins to setup a golf event with members but not send the invites out immediately.
As the admin, this allows you to add all of your members and get the system setup just the way you want it. You will be notified at the top of the event page that invites have not been sent and gives you the option to send invites at your chosen time.
This feature will give you more control over your events and allow you to plan your golf events better.
