Introducing New Invite List Privacy Controls in TeeTimeHelper
We’re excited to introduce a new feature in TeeTimeHelper that gives golf event organizers more control over their invite lists. With our latest update, admins can now choose how much of the invite list is visible to invitees, ensuring greater flexibility and privacy.
Enhanced Privacy Settings for Invite Lists
Previously, all invitees could see who else was invited to an event. Now, admins have three visibility options:
-
Show All Invitees – All invited players can see who else has been invited.
-
Show Only Those Who Have RSVP’d – Players can only see invitees who have confirmed their participation.
-
Hide All Invitees – Invitees will not see the invite list at all.
Impact on Tee Time Selection
When the Show All Invitees option is enabled, your event may be eligible for a feature that allows players to fill out their chosen tee times with other members from a pull-down menu. However, if an admin chooses to partially or fully hide the invite list, this option will be disabled to maintain privacy.
Why This Matters
This feature is perfect for:
-
Private groups that prefer to keep their invite list confidential.
-
Events where RSVPs should influence visibility.
-
Admins who want full control over how invitees interact with each other before the event.
With these new RSVP privacy controls, TeeTimeHelper continues to improve the way golf groups organize and manage their tee times. Try it out in your next event and let us know what you think!
