Golf organizers can "lock" events to prevent changes

If you are a golf organizer it may be handy to lock an event so that your members cannot change their RSVP. This may be useful in cases where you have to send final golfer information to your golf  course in order to secure your tee times. Another example is after randomizing the event you may wish to lock the tee times down so members of your golf group cannot change tee times.

All the golfers will have access to the golf event page to see the latest tee times and groupings. However, if the event is locked they will not be able to change their tee times or change their RSVP.

The administrator is not subject to any restrictions even if the event is locked. The administrator can still make changes to individual golfers, or unlock the event altogether to allow the golf group to make changes again.

When the administrator locks or unlocks an event an e-mail is sent to all the golfers notifying them of the change.
