Members are automatically moved into available slots under two conditions
- When a tee time slot becomes open after a members RSVP changes from 'Yes' to 'No'
- A new tee time is added
Coordinating your golf group can be a huge burden for the organizer. The endless emails, constant updating the spreadsheet, and frequent announcements of this weeks lineup.
TeeTimeHelper solves all of these issues. It was created by a golfer for golfers.
We know what you like ... easy to use and reliable software.
One of our fellow golf captain made a suggestion to immediately lock golf events right after creating it. This prevents members from RSVPing for the event. He wanted to do this in order to arrange his tee time first and then open up the RSVP's to the rest of the members.
We made this an option under your 'Settings' area which also contains options to receive confirmation e-mails.
The default setting is 'off' for this feature. However, once you enable this setting it will lock all new events. As a reminder, all settings are linked to your e-mail address and used for all events.
In order to allow your members to RSVP you will need to press the 'Unlock' icon and confirm the action under your event options.
TeeTimeHelper has been wildly successful over the last 10 years, and now you can profit from it as well earning commissions by referring users to TeeTimeHelper.

Locking your event is a great way for the organizer to maintain control of his/her outing. Locking the event with TeeTimeHelper prevents members from changing their RSVP. However, this does not affect the organizer as he/she still has full access.
As the organizer, you may wish to lock your event to prevent players from dropping out, or changing their minds. This might come in handy to avoid cancellation fees or you need to submit your tee sheet to the golf course by a particular date/time.
As a convenience, you can lock your event immediately or schedule the lock to occur a set number of hours before the first tee time. For example, if your golf course has a 24 hour cancellation policy you can schedule your event to be locked automatically. This allows you to set up the event in advance without having to remember to lock it at a certain time.
