To Our Valued Members:

TeeTimeHelper started as a simple solution for organizing golf groups. Over the course of eight years and endless hours of development we are proud to present you what it is today - an easy to use site packed with interesting and time saving features.

On the outside TeeTimeHelper looks and performs with simplicity. However, there is a lot going on behind the scenes to give you that experience.

We have experienced amazing growth, but our costs have substantially increased as well. We will still make TeeTimeHelper free for basic use, however, below is our pricing for organizers with larger groups:

Groups up to 15 members - Free
Groups up to 50 members - $12.99/month
Groups up to 100 members - $19.99/month
Groups up to 250 members - $29.99/month

We also offer discounted rates for 1 year memberships.

Organizers may try out the site for one month free, but after that you will be prompted to purchase the appropriate plan to continue using the system.

If you have any questions regarding our pricing please contact us.

Ask your Golf Group a Question when they RSVP

Several TeeTimeHelper admins e-mailed us asking how to add a custom question to their members when they RSVP.

For example, it may be helpful to know if your members are  walking or riding. Or perhaps you would like to know if they are staying for lunch.

We now have the solution - you can add Custom Questions and Answer Choices to your event. On the event creation page click on "Add a Custom Question" and you will be presented with the following fields:

You specify the question and answers your members can select

Your questions and answers are presented to your users in a drop down display - they must select one of your answer choices to RSVP yes for the event.

Your members see this dropdown when they RSVP

On the event status page you will see the answers next to each golfer in parenthesis:

Your status page indicates the answers selected

Custom Question and Answer Choices Tips

1. Be brief! Short questions and short answers are best. There is limited space to display the answer for each members so a one or two word answer is desirable.

2. Avoid Yes/No Questions. It's much easier to interpret the answer on the status page as "Walking" instead of "Yes"

3. The Question and Answer Choices are editable at any time, but please avoid changing the question or answer choices. The members who already responded will keep their original choice and have it displayed, so changing the question or answers can cause confusion.

As always, send us a message if you have any questions!

All Your TeeTimeHelper Events in One Place

One of our best features is the "Events" page. Every e-mail you receive from TeeTimeHelper not only contains a link to the specific event but also a button for all your events.

In fact, it's just a general link which will show your events:

http://www.TeeTimeHelper.com/events

And all your events will be listed. If your events are not shown then you are using a different web browser than viewing our previous events.

We hope this will be a useful feature for you.

Allow RSVPs to Events without a Private E-Mail Invite from TeeTimeHelper

Our programmers have gone crazy and you're going to love this one!

As an option, we now provide you a link  to allow anyone to RSVP for your event. (No advance e-mail invite needs to be entered in our system)

Here's how it works:

1) As usual you organize a golf event and submit it

2) Upon event submission you will also get a event invite link

3) Click on an app icon or copy and paste this link in social media, on web pages, in blogs, or to use in your own e-mails. You can promote it anywhere you want!

4) When someone clicks on the link they can RSVP right away - no e-mail invite needed

After someone RSVP's they are listed in our system as if they were invited via a TeeTimeHelper e-mail. They will receive event messages, reminders and have access to the chat room.

Let us know what you think!

TeeTimeHelper New Feature: Chat with your Golf Group

The TeeTimeHelper.com team is excited to introduce group chat messaging for golf events.

Groups now have the ability to post private chat messages only to the event group members.

Chats are specific to each event. Every event has it's own chat and only the members in that event have access to the chat messages.

Please note, you must RSVP for the event in order to view and send chat messages.

There are notable differences between the new "Chat Message" feature and the  "Send Message" administrative option.

The chat message feature available to all group members, as opposed to the  the "Send Message" feature which is only available to group organizers.

Chat messages are designed for everyone to read and contribute at their discretion. Do to quantity of messages, group members are not immediately notified of chat messages until they open the event details page.

The"Send Message" option (available only to the group administrator) is a one way communication directly sent to the group members e-mail address. Because of this, important notices should still be sent by the group administrator using the "Send Message" feature.

For clarification please contact us!
